Hair New Era

Blair was great in this episode, I loved the “Are these last season’s Tory Burch flats?” scene with “Good Day” by Nappy Roots playing in the background. I am not a fan of the cape (or capes in general) but she somehow manages to make it work. In this scene they all look fabulous; I like Penelope’s outfit the best.
